    六、For moulds with special requirements on the surface of the cavity, if the surface roughness is less than or equal to 0.2cm, it must not be wiped by hand or cotton.

It should be blown with compressed air or lightly wiped with high-grade napkins and high-grade decreased cotton with alcohol.

 

    七、 The surface of the cavity should be cleaned regularly.Injection moulds often decompose into low molecular compounds to corrode the mould cavity in the process of moulding, which makes the bright surface of the mould cavity gradually dim and dull and reduces the quality of products. Therefore, regular scrubbing is needed. After scrubbing with alcohol or Keaton preparations, it is necessary to blow dry in time.

    八、When the operation needs temporary shutdown, the mould should be closed and the cavity and core should not be exposed to prevent accidental damage.When the shutdown time is expected to exceed 24 hours, rust-proof oil or demolishing agent should be sprayed on the surface of the cavity and cor.

 

    Especially in wet areas and rainy season, no matter how short the shutdown time is, it also needs to be rust-proof treatment.

 Water vapor in the air will reduce the surface quality of the mould cavity and the products.

When the mould is used again, the oil on the surface should be removed and wiped clean before use. The mould required by the mirror surface should be cleaned and dried compressed air and then dried with hot air. Otherwise, it will ooze out during molding and cause defects in the product.

    九、Turn on after temporary shutdown. After opening the die, check whether the slider limit is moved or not. Only when no abnormality is found, can the die be closed. In a word, we must be cautious and not careless before starting the machine.

If there is any problem in the mold, it is necessary to fill in the mould on the use sheet, put forward the specific requirements for modification and improvement, and hand over a sample of the unfinished sample to the storekeeper, leaving it to the die maker for reference.

    十五、Mould storehouse should be set up, special person should be set up to manage, and mould files should be set up. If possible, computer management should be carried out on the mould. Mould warehouse should choose a place with low humidity and ventilation. Temperature should be kept below 70%. If humidity exceeds 70%, the mould is easy to rust. Moulds should be stored on shelves.
