How is SENIO after-sales service?

-- Inspection
Before delivery, SENIO takes responsibility to finish machine in time and send right samples to clients for approval.Clients also are welcome to factory to inspect the testing of machine.

--Training

We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
--Debugging Instruction
SENIO takes responsibility to have debugging overseas, and client abroad please offer the invitation letter, return tickets, accommodation and local traffic expense of our engineer, besides pay engineer 70dollars/person/day. And before engineer’s arrival, customer has to make sure that unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance.
